The Mining FBD Series Explosion-proof Press-in Disrotatory Axle-flow Local Ventilator

The FBD Series Mining Explosion-proof Press-in Disrotatory Axle-flow Local Ventilator is a new generation developed per actual situation of coal mine driving ventilation in China. Factors such as coal mining features, requirements for local ventilation are taken into consideration. The ventilator can significantly improve reliability in local ventilation of gas mine, reduce unplanned wind stop on the driving face, and guarantee safe driving ventilation.

  • The FBD Series Mining Explosion-proof Press-in Disrotatory Axle-flow Local Ventilator is mainly used for press-in local ventilation in coordination with the air duct under the coal mine.

    (1) High efficiency: The FBD Series Local Ventilator has excellent design and advanced technology. The ternary fluid design is adopted for the blade, the airfoil is twisted, and  the high-efficient condition area of the ventilator is large, so that the Local Ventilator is always within the scope of high-efficient work.

    (2) Low noise: Disrotatory direct drive is adopted for the FBD Series Local Ventilator. Compared with the old ventilator, the guide vane device is reduced, the ventilator pressure is increased, the air flow direction is rationalized, and the air friction sound is reduced. The wrapped compound muffler device is adopted for the shell, the operating noise of the whole machine is low. It has the feature of super low noise, and has significant effect in changing the noise environment in the underground restricted space.

    (3) The wind pressure and surge are mild, operation in the region with high wind pressure and small flow is also stable. The underground air supply distance is long, and adaptability to the complicated roadway is strong.

  • This series of Ventilator consists of a current collector, a primary host, a secondary host, a motor, a noise silencer and other parts. The body and structural components are welded with steel plate. Motor and impeller are directly connected, which has a reliable transmission, a simple and compact overall structure, is easy to use and convenient to maintain and repair. The structure diagram of the Mining FBD series Explosion-proof Press-in Disrotatory Axle-flow Local Ventilator is as shown in Figure 1.

  • The power supply voltage is 380V/660V or 660V/1140V, which shall not exceed ±5% of the rated value. The operating frequency is 50Hz. The air supply amount of the roadway shall be larger than the maximum working air amount of the ventilator (except for that the ventilator is arranged on the ground).

    The foundation for installing the ventilator shall be solid and free of water drenching surrounding. The height from the edge of the ventilator air inlet to the ground (or roof wall) shall not be less than 0.3m.
