XL-21 Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet

The XL-21 Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet adopts a new self-designed assembly in China. The housing is bent with steel plate, which has compact structure and is convenient for repair. The line scheme can be flexibly combined; the Power Distribution Cabinet can be installed with the air circuit breaker and fuse for broken circuit protection, and can be installed with the contactors and thermal relays. The front door of the cabinet can be installed with the operation button and indicator lamp, and equipped with the knife switch. The knife switch operating handle is installed at the upper part of the front right column of the box, which can be used for switching power supply. There is a door at the front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, all equipment in the distribution box are disclosed, so as to facilitate maintenance.

The XL-21 Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet is used for IT system, TN-C system and TT system with 50Hz~60Hz AC frequency, load current below 630A single-phase and triple-phase, voltage below 500V (three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire power system) of the industrial and mining enterprises, civil buildings, schools and organizations for power and lighting distributions.

  • The XL-21 Low-voltage Power Distribution Cabinet is an indoor device, and is made by bending and welding of the steel plates. This product uses a one-leaf left-hand door, the knife switch operating handle is installed at the upper of the front right pile of the cabinet, and the door is installed with the measuring instrument, and operational and signal appliances. After the door is opened, all appliances will be disclosed, so as to facilitate overhaul and maintenance.

    Cable is adopted for the incoming and outgoing lines. If the user has special requirements, the incoming line knockout hole can be opened on the roof or the bus chamber can be installed. The L-type Power Distribution Cabinet is the sealed and dust-proof type. The housing is bent with the steel plate. The knife fuse combination switch operating handle is installed at the upper part of the front right column of the cabinet, which can be used for switching power supply. A voltmeter is installed in front of the distribution box, indicating the bus voltage of the collecting bar. There is a door at the front of the distribution box. After the door is opened, equipment in the distribution box will be disclosed, so as to facilitate maintenance.
