Roadheader

1. Overhaul Product Features:

The series of the roadheader products that our factory overhauls has the following features: The cutting part is expandable to meet the requirements of the customers; there is a supporting device to improve machine stability; both the first conveyor and the shovel are driven by a low-speed and high-torque hydraulic motor to reduce errors; the travel unit is driven by a hydraulic motor; the crawler belt is tightened by a hydraulic cylinder, and the scraper chain is tightened by the combined tightening device of the spring and the hydraulic cylinder; the cutting motor is a two-speed water-cooled motor with thermal sensitive protection; For the convenience of maintenance, a small window is opened at the side of the track frame, and the tightening cylinder is removed from the side. These models have high cutting efficiency, good machine stability, convenient operating and maintenance as well as safe and reliable operation.

Our factory is mainly engaged in major repair of the whole equipment as well as single components of the roadheaders that manufactured by Jiamusi Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chuangli Group Co., Ltd., Shenyang North Heavy Mining Machinery Co., Ltd., SANY Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Coal Academy of Sciences, Shijiazhuang Zhongmei and Liaoyuan Yalong, etc.
1. All products are provided with a factory acceptance report, and the acceptance work shall be conducted by the customer and the maintenance unit jointly.
2. Strictly follow the relevant standard overhauling quality assurance system to ensure the normal service life after maintenance. If there are any quality problems, the responsibility shall be borne by the maintenance unit.
3. The quality guarantee period is 12 months after delivery for use. In case of any quality problems within the warranty period, the maintenance unit shall be responsible for handling or providing technical support.
4. If customer proposes to send related personnel to participate in the whole quality maintenance process during the period, the maintenance unit shall make efforts to coordinate with the customer about the work of the maintenance personnel.
