The warranty term of the control box is 12 months from the date of purchase. In case of any error or damage with normal use during the warranty period, our company will provide repair or replacement for free.

Note: the warranty scope only refers to the control box itself.

For errors caused by the following reasons within the warranty period, a certain repair expense shall be collected:

1. Error due to use against the operation manual or exceeding the standard specifications;

2. Error caused by unauthorized repair or refitting;

3. Error caused by improper taking care;

4. Error due to use of the VFD for abnormal function;

5. Machinery damage due to fire, salt corrosion, gas corrosion, earthquake, windstorm, flood, lighting, abnormal voltage or other force majeure.

Our company also provide the lifelong repair service with compensation after the warranty period.
