ZGS11-ZG Series Combined Transformer for PV

ZGS11-Z∙G Series PV Combined Transformer meets the growing power requirements for photovoltaic power generation; the transformer, load switch and high-voltage fuse are installed inside the transformer housing, and the insulating liquid of the transformer is utilized as the insulating and cooling medium of the whole product. It adopts a fully-sealed structure , and the housing adopts a split type. Shot blasting, pickling, phosphating are sprayed respectively as the primer, intermediate paint, topcoat until the surface's performance of anti-corrosion, thickness resistance, UV resistance is more than ordinary spraying strength. In addition, the product is smaller, lighter, and easier to install, etc.

  • 1. The box type transformer adopts an American transformer’s structure, which is divided into six parts: the transformer, the high-voltage chamber, the low-voltage chamber, the testing room, the switch operation room and the fuse room, which are arranged in the shapes of the '品' or '罒' character .

    2. The terminal-type load switch and fuse protection are adopted at the high voltage side, and the fuse is a full range current limiting type fuse.

    3. The load switch and the fuse are installed in the transformer oil tank, the insulating oil of the transformer is utilized as the insulating and cooling medium, and in general it has the advantages of compact structure and good heat dissipation performance.

    4. The high-voltage side outlet adopts a high-voltage dry-type casing pipe to support the copper busbar structure,  which is convenient for connecting multiple cable wires. The low-voltage side outlet can directly emerge or the low-voltage outlet scheme can be configured according to users’ requirements.

    5. The windproof hinge is adopted for the door of the box type transformer, all doors on the box are opened outward, the opening angle is not less than 90° and the positioning device is arranged. There are sealing measures for the door, and the door sealing tape is installed, which has the buffering function. The handle is installed, and the dormant bolt can prevent rain, blockage, rust and damage.

    6. The anti-theft sealing structure is adopted for the box, the concealed high-strength bolts and oleonitrile resistant rubber gasket sealing box cover are adopted, and there are no exposed removable bolts in the whole housing.

    7. The box is made of stainless steel plate, which has a strong resistance to salt fog, wetness and fungus as well as a strong outdoor weather resistance performance.

  • 1. The transformer has an axial double-split structure.

    2. It effectively restricts the low voltage side short-circuit current. In normal operation, the crossover impedance of the split transformer is the same as that of the ordinary transformer. When the low voltage side is short-circuited, the short-circuit current is small due to the relatively large splitting impedance.

    3. When the split transformer supplies power to two busbars, if a busbar is short-circuited, not only the short-circuit current can be effectively restricted, but the voltage on the other busbar can also be maintained at a certain level.

    4. When the axial parallel connection structure is adopted for high voltage, it can guarantee that a branch circuit works normally if another branch circuit does not work.

    5. Multiple protections are adopted at the high and low-voltage sides of the box type transformer, so as to guarantee long-term safe operation of the combined transformer.

    6. The box is treated with special process, which has good corrosion resistance, and can effectively prevent corrosion of sandstorm and salt fog.

    7. The overall outline has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, light weight, convenient installation and strong anti-theft performance.

    3. The relative humidity shall not exceed 95% at 25℃/77℉, and the monthly average shall not exceed 90%

    4. The installation environment is free of obvious dirtiness, explosive and corrosive gas or dust, and the installation site is free of intense vibration or impact.

    Ground acceleration caused by earthquake: less than 3m/s2 in the horizontal direction, less than 1.5m/s2 in the vertical direction.

    5. The waveform of the supply voltage is similar to sine wave.

    6. The three-phase supply voltage is approximately symmetrical.
