KXJ127 explosion-proof and intrinsically safe electric control box for mining

KXJ127 flameproof and intrinsically safe electric control box for mining (hereafter referred to as the control box) is mainly installed at the electromechanical chamber in the coal mine, drainage pump house, belt conveyor head, temporary discharge point and other places, connected in the Ethernet of the mine, and used for data and image transmission between the ground and underground. The isolating circuit, reliable electrical protection and safety protection are arranged for input and output in the control box, so as to guarantee reliable operation and electrical safety of the controller. The control box is connected on the occasion with access to the Intranet, and can form the virtual Intranet with the remote command, so as to facilitate remote download, program download and other work of the equipment.

2 Input and output ports

3 Input port: 8-way passive switching signal: when disconnected, the leakage resistance between two output ends shall not be less than 100kΩ. When closed, and the input current is 2mA, the output terminal voltage shall not be higher than 0.5V.

4 Output port: 6-way relay output, contact capacity: 250V/5A.AC.

5 Function: according to the field service conditions, control state of the input port relay by setting the output port state.

The control box has the direct lead-in structure, and the main explosion-proof chamber adopts the bolt fastening structure, so as to facilitate equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance. The front in the main explosion-proof chamber is installed with PLC module, relay, optocoupler board and other electrical components. The left is installed with the intrinsically safe power supply, and the bottom plate is installed with the wiring terminal. The front door panel is installed with the operation button and extra large LCD touch screen, and the operation interface is simple and friendly. 10 compression nut lead-in devices are installed behind the main chamber, and the cable can be directly led in the main chamber.
