The warranty term of the control box shall be 12 months (since the date of purchase). In case of any failure or damage with normal use within the warranty period, the company shall provide repair or replacement for free.

Note: the warranty scope only refers to the body of the control box.

For the failure caused for the following reason within the warranty period, a certain repair expense shall be collected:

1. Failure caused due to use against the operation manual or exceeding the standard specifications.

2. Failure caused by independent repair or refitting without permission.

3. Failure caused by improper safekeeping.

4. Failure caused due to use of the frequency converter for abnormal function.

5. Machinery damage caused due to fire, salt corrosion, gas corrosion, earthquake, windstorm, flood, lighting, abnormal voltage or other force majeure.

The company shall also provide the lifelong repair service with compensation even if the warranty period is exceeded.
