Timely send the personnel to the site for service after equipment shipment, realizing simultaneous arrival of goods and people, and conduct field guide during the whole process of equipment installation and commissioning.

Provide the long-term technical service after the equipment is put into operation, and guarantee arrival at the site within 12 hours after receiving your notice; and arrive at the site within 48 hours for the remote area.

Provide all technical documents related with technical improvement within the supply scope to the user without compensation.

Assume all responsibilities for equipment manufacturing problems within the warranty period.
