BPJ Variable Frequency Drive

The BPJ series mining flameproof and intrinsically-safe low voltage AC converter (hereinafter referred to as the converter) is the general-purpose speed governing converter for mining belt conveyors and other loading equipment needing speed governing with design of anti-explosion and anti-vibration, used to drive three-phase AC motors and realize stepless frequency control. The input voltage of this converter is AC 660V and 1,140V. The maximum output voltage is the three-phase AC voltage of the same level. The explosion-proof type of the converter is mining flameproof and intrinsically-safe Exd[ib]I Mb. It is composed of variable-frequency speed control system, display system and parameter setting. It applies advanced IGBT frequency control and vector control theory to the speed regulation device with high degree of automation and leading technology. Tests and inspections such as flameproof, alternate wet and heat and electric property have been conducted for the device, and relevant certificates have been obtained. The system has many functions such as over-speed, software overcurrent and open-phase protection. Meanwhile, there are many protection functions such as IGBT short-circuit protection, IGBT driving signal protection, overload, overvoltage, under-voltage and over-temperature protection inside the converter.

Rich communication function can support CAN, RS485, PROFBUS, DP and other communication interface access, realize the communication with the upper computer, realize the centralized control of the operation of multiple equipment, and can monitor the operation data transmitted to the ground dispatching station online;

6. Historical data storage can save the operation data of recent one year, and the data can be exported in EXCEL format, transformed into graphic mode through the software developed by Huaxin, and convenient for understanding the historical working condition of belt conveyor.

The mining flameproof and intrinsically-safe low voltage AC converter can be used for regulating the speed of mining belt machine motors, applicable to frequency conversion driving system of synchronous or asynchronous motors. This product belongs to two-quadrant working system and it can meet the starting and speed governing requirements of asynchronous motors for mining belt machine and scraper.
