  • The explosion-proof special power supply device consists of the special lead-acid battery, battery box, connecting wire and explosion-proof male pin connector for mining, which can be used in the coal mine with methane or coal dust explosion hazard with the explosion-proof special battery electrical locomotive.

  • 1 The product is the explosion-proof special model for mining, and the explosion-proof special symbol is Exsl. The structure performance shall conform to requirements in MT/T334-2008, GB10978-89 and GB3836.1-2000, and appraised by related explosion-proof inspection station authorized by the nation. For general assembly drawing of the power supply device, see Figure 1 and Figure 2.

    2 The product mainly consists of the glass fiber tubular anode plate, paste negative plate, micro rubber or plastic partition board, ethylene-propylene copolymer plastic battery jar, battery cover and sulfuric acid electrolyte. Body hot-melt sealing is adopted for the battery jar and battery cover.

    3 When the monomer batteries constitute the battery pack, the special conductor is adopted for welding and connection, so as to reduce contact resistance, and prevent spark. It guarantees safe use and smooth battery pack line in the special circumstance.

    4 In order to avoid short circuit of the battery pack, the exposed position of the electrical conductor shall be covered with the insulated plastic sheath.

    5 The sealant is applied on the casting interface of the connecting wire, so as to prevent corrosion of sulfuric acid, and guarantee safe use.

    6 The acid-resistant special working hydrant shall be adopted for the battery, and shall be subject to hydrophobic treatment, so as to guarantee good air permeability of the battery, and reduce water consumption of electrolyte.
