YB high-voltage and low-voltage preinstalled transformer substation

YB series preinstalled transformer substation combines the high-voltage electrical equipment, transformer, low-voltage electrical equipment and so on. The box material is made of channel iron, aluminum alloy and flame-retardant composite material.

It is applicable for power system with rated voltage of 12kV. It has the features of strong completeness, small volume, compact structure, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, mobility and so on. Compared with the conventional civil engineering transformer substation, the floor area of the box-type substation with the same capacity is only 1/10~1/5 of the conventional transformer substation usually, which greatly reduces the designed workload and construction volume, and reduces the construction cost. In the power distribution system, it can be used as the ring network power distribution system, and can also be used for dual power supply or radiation terminal power distribution system. It is the new complete equipment for construction and reconstruction of current urban and rural substations.

The functions are definite, the high-voltage switchgear, transformer and low-voltage switchgear are installed in the high-voltage chamber, transformer chamber and low-voltage chamber. Three chambers are separated from each other, and connected with cable or busbar again. Three chambers constitute a room similar to small 'suit'. It is divided into the shapes of character 'pin' and 'mu' from layout of three chambers. The outside of the room can also be decorated. For example, the ceramic tile or imitating wood is pasted outside, which are place beside the community, park, express highway and so on. The floor area is small, and it is also very artistic.

1. HXGN series loop-network switch cabinet is adopted at the high voltage side, and the gas-forming and gas-compressing load switch or vacuum load switch or SF6 switch are equipped inside.

2. The latest molded case circuit breaker is adopted at the low voltage side, the breaking capacity is strong, and protection performance is good.

3. The transformer can be the oil-immersed transformer, and can also be the dry transformer.

4. The aluminum alloy sheet, steel plate, composite board and other materials can be selected for the shell. The inner lining is the heat insulating material, and the top cover has two layers, which can effectively prevent thermal radiation.

5. The cooling equipment and anti-condensation equipment are arranged in the box.
