ZGS11-ZG series combined transformer for PV

ZGS11-Z∙G series PV combined transformer satisfies ever-growing power requirements for photovoltaic power generation, the transformer, load switch and high-voltage fuse are installed in the transformer box, and the insulating liquid of the transformer is utilized as the insulating and cooling medium of the whole product. The fully-sealed structure is adopted, and the shell is split type, which is subject to shot blasting, acid pickling and phosphating. The primer, intermediate coat and top coat realize that the surface corrosion resistance, weather resistance and UV resistance exceeds the strength of ordinary painting, which has the advantages of small volume, light weight, convenient installation and so on.

  • 1. The box type transformer is American transformer, which is divided into six parts of transformer body, high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber, testing room, switch operation room and fuse room, which are arranged in the character of 'Pin' or 'Mu'.

    2. The terminal load switch and fuse protection is adopted at the high voltage side, and the fuse is the current-limiting protection fuse in the whole range.

    3. The load switch and the fuse are installed in the transformer oil tank, the insulating oil of the transformer are utilized as the insulating medium and cooling medium, and it has the advantages of compact structure and good heat dissipation performance as a whole.

    4. The structure of high-voltage dry type casing supporting the copper bus is adopted at the outgoing line at the high voltage side, so as to facilitate connection of multiple cables. The outgoing line can be sent from the low voltage side or the low-voltage outgoing line scheme can be configured according to the users' requirements.

    5. The wind proof hinge is adopted for the door of the box type transformer, all doors on the box are opened outward, the opening angle is not less than 90°, and the positioning device is arranged. There are sealing measures for the door, and the door sealing tape is installed, which has the buffering function. The handle is installed, and the dormant bolt can prevent rain, blockage, rust and damage.

    6. The sealing anti-theft structure is adopted for the box, the concealed high-strength bolt and oleonitrile resistant rubber gasket sealing box cover are adopted, and there is no exposed removable bolt in the whole box.

    7. The box is made of stainless steel plate, which has strong resistance to salt fog, wetness and fungus and strong outdoor weather resistance.

  • 1. The transformer has the axial double-split structure.

    2. It effectively restricts the low voltage side short-circuit current. During normal operation, through impedance of the split transformer and impedance value of the ordinary transformer are the same. In case of short circuit of an end at the low voltage side, the short-circuit current is low due to large split impedance.

    3. When the split transformer supplies power to two sections of bus, in case of short circuit of a section of bus, the short-circuit current can be effectively restricted, and voltage on the other section of the bus can also be maintained at a certain level.

    4. When the axial parallel connection structure is adopted for high voltage, it can guarantee that a branch circuit works normally when another branch circuit does not work.

    5. Multiple protectionsare adopted at the high and low-voltage side of the box type transformer, so as to guarantee long-term safe operation of the combined transformer.

    6. The box is handled with special process, which has good corrosion resistance, and can effectively prevent corrosion of sandstorm and salt fog.

    7. The overall outline has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, light weight, convenient installation and strong anti-theft.
